All items must be paid in full before they are sent out

Layaway plans must be adhered to, once dates of payment have been agreed by customer and seller any failure to pay as agreed will be viewed as a breach of contract and the seller will be exempt from returning any monies to the buyer but the buyer will be entitled to choose an item from the website to the same value paid.

NOTE ONCE AN ITEM IS SIGNED FOR AT THE CUSTOMERS ADDRESS MY LIABILITY ENDS.

WHEN AN ITEM IS SENT BY SPECIAL DELIVERY AND NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO SIGN MY LIABILITY ENDS.
